Crunchy Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into chunks
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic (can substitute garlic powder)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Dip each piece of chicken in butter, then in crumb mixture.
    Arrange in open shallow baking dish.
    Place any remaining ingredients over chicken.
    Bake one hour.
    Do not turn chicken.
