Stuffed Mushrooms With Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, divided
    2 cloves minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    12 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. sherry
    drop of lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
    Melt 1/2 of butter and cook until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients with exception of lemon and sherry.
    Place into mushroom caps.
    Place on flat pan; add sherry, remaining butter and drop of lemon juice on each mushroom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
