Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large pears (ripe)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Pare, core and slice pears into large bowl.
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour this over pears after sprinkling with lemon juice.
    Toss all together and pour into pastry lined pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Place top crust over pears.
    Cut slits for escape of steam.
    Seal edges and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
