Mexican Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1/2 each of the tortillas, meat, beans and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
