Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
4 c. diced raw apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
dash of salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; blend well but do not overbeat.
Bake in greased 8 x 16-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
