Sandy'S Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts (split)
    1/2 c. salad olives
    3-4 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. adobo seasoning (Goya)
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 sm. potatoes (cubed)
    1 envelope Sason Seasoning (Goya)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic (chopped)
    2 carrots (cut-up)
Preparation
    Put olive oil in stew pot.
    Place chicken in pot, brown the chicken lightly.
    Add oregano, adobo seasoning and Sason seasoning.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add salad olives, bay leaves, onions, garlic, potatoes, and carrots.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce.
    Cover and cook until done.
