Shrimp Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. pecan gems
    1 bottle Kraft Old English cheese spread
    1 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can deveined, broken shrimp, rinsed and drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 small can sliced olives, drained
Preparation
    Cream 3 cheeses together in mixer.
    Add drained shrimp and all other ingredients and beat until evenly mixed.
    Divide mixture in half and form each into a ball with hands.
    Roll completely in pecan gems.
    Wrap in foil and chill.
