Hot Spiced Citrus Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. sugar
    8 tea bags
    4 sticks cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 (32 oz.) bottle cranberry juice cocktail
    juice of 6 oranges (2 c.)
    clove-studded lemon cartwheels
    1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
    In large saucepan, pour boiling water over sugar, tea bags, cinnamon and allspice.
    Steep 5 minutes; remove tea bags.
    Stir in fruit juices; heat.
    Remove cinnamon sticks.
    For garnish, float clove-studded lemon cartwheel slices in punch.
    Makes about 14 cups (twenty-two 5 ounce servings).
