Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    4 slices bread
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread.
    Place pieces in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Brown sausage. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle cheese. Beat together the eggs and milk.
    Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top during baking.
    May be prepared the night before.
