Yogurt Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    4 packs Equal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers and onion slices in a bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over slices.
    Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings, 1/2 cup each.
