Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
    2 1/2 tsp. onion
    salt and pepper
    celery flakes
    chopped parsley
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Blend soup and milk.
    Save 1/2 of mixture.
    Stir together the remaining soup, rice, water, salt, pepper, celery flakes and parsley.
    Pour into ungreased baking pan.
    Arrange chicken on rice mixture.
    Pour other 1/2 of soup mixture on top.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
