Boursin Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Green Goddess dressing
    dash of fresh pepper
    pinch of chives
    pinch of parsley
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix many minced onions, lots of capers, some caraway seed, a little butter, about a dob and a half of paprika, a glick of anchovy paste and a really big glob of Neufchatel cheese (can use cream cheese, one 8 ounce package).
    Cool for a little while and serve on bread or crackers.
