Tortellini And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 (12 oz.) can Milnot
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. tortellini (1 meat and 1 cheese)
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    Boil tortellini until they rise to top of pot of water.
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add Milnot; stir.
    Gradually add the shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Sauce will be thin.
    Mix the spinach into the sauce, then add tortellini and put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until Mozzarella begins to turn brown and bubbly.
    (Can make night before).
