Party Cheese Ball(Yield: 5-Inch Ball) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/3 c. chopped pecans (very fine)
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, sherry, Worcestershire sauce and all salts.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add olives.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Shape cheese mixture into ball.
    Combine parsley and pecans and roll ball into mixture.
    Cover and chill.
