Mushroom Polonaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put in loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
