Shrimp Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk or white wine
2 green onions
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. broccoli flowerets
1 tsp. Trader Joe's lemon pepper blend
1 bag Trader Joe's lemon pepper pasta, cooked
1/4 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated
Preparation

Saute shrimp in butter and lemon for a few minutes.
Add onions, mushrooms and broccoli.
When broccoli is done, add spices, then mix cornstarch with milk or wine.
Slowly add to pan, stirring until it begins to bubble.
Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
