Pineapple Pimiento Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
3/4 c. pasteurized process cheese spread with pimiento
1 c. whipped topping
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 8-inch square pan or into serving bowl.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve on lettuce.
If desired, garnish with maraschino cherries.
