Potica Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick butter or oleo
    your favorite filling
    2 pkg. instant rising yeast
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 whole eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in about 4 tablespoons warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Mix all of the other ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add yeast mixture; mix then place on board.
    Add a little flour and knead your dough until smooth.
    Divide dough into 3 equal balls. Roll each one out and fill with your favorite filling, nut raisin, apple or cherry.
    Roll up slowly with cloth.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Let rise in warm place for about 1 hour.
    Melt butter and paint on top of Potica Strudel.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for an additional hour.
