Smoked Game Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salt
    1 gal. water
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. black peppercorns
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. ground ginger (optional)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
    1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
    1 gal. cold water
    2 c. kosher salt
Preparation
    The game soaks in the refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.
    Then smoke as directed.
