Lazy Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Butter a 2 or 3-quart casserole.
Spread half of the cabbage in bottom of casserole.
Saute onion in small amount of fat until soft but not brown.
Add meat and cook until browned lightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix in the rice.
Mix well. Spread meat mixture over cabbage.
Top with remaining cabbage. Top with soup.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
