Homestyle Chicken 'N Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz.)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    2/3 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, cooked and drained
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Spray an 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Spread Tater Tots potatoes in bottom of baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine chicken, 1 cup cheese, soup and milk.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, combine in bowl biscuit mix, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 of fried onions to form stiff dough.
    Spoon biscuit dough in 6 mounds around edges of dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
    Top biscuits with remaining cheese and onions; bake 1 to 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
