Avocado Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, undrained
1 clove garlic (large), minced
2 avocados, peeled and diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except avocados, stirring well.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, add avocados and toss gently. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yields 1 1/2 cups.
