7Up Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes lime jello
2 C. boiling water
6 tsp. sugar
14 oz. 7 up
16 - 18 oz. Crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz cream cheese
pecan pieces
Preparation

Mix lime jello with boiling water.
Add sugar, stir and cool. Add 7 up, stir and partially set.
In another bowl mix pineapple and cream cheese.
Pour over jello, mix with fork.
Sprinkle with pecan pieces.
Let jello set completely before serving.
