Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 to 3 oranges, halved, then sections cut out individually
    1 small can pineapple chunks, cut into smaller bits, then drained
    12 to 14 stewed apricots, snipped small
    1 banana, cut into small bites
    other fruit (in season and/or for color) in small pieces
    1 pt. heavy whipping cream
    powdered sugar to taste
Preparation
    Beat the cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
    Combine it with drained fruits.
    Whip the cream in chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
    Blend in powdered sugar to taste.
    Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
    Pour and smooth into a 9 x 13-inch freezer-proof pan.
    Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
    Cut into squares and serve with garnish.
