Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except crumbs and margarine.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with combined crumbs and margarine. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serves 6 to 8.
