Rolled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast filets
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced dried beef
    8 slices bacon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Wrap beef slices around each chicken filet.
    Wrap 1 slice bacon around beef on each filet; secure with toothpick.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Mix sour cream and soup in bowl.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Top with mushrooms.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
