Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep-dish pie crusts
    1 carton cream and milk mixture
    8 eggs
    12 oz. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line pie crusts with Swiss cheese. Saute shrimp with garlic and green onions.
    Place atop the Swiss cheese.
    Whip eggs, gradually adding the cream and milk mixture. Pour egg mixture over shrimp.
    Bake for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer.
