Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs until creamy.
Put flour, salt, soda and cinnamon into creamy mixture.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
