Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn muffin
    1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, thawed, but not drained
    8 oz. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1 small chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix all together by hand.
    Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
