Maple Sugar Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can solid-pack pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 eggs
    1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except last 2.
    Pour into the pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate.
    Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
    Yields 8 servings.
