Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked ziti
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    4 c. favorite Italian red sauce
Preparation
    Cook ziti according to package directions.
    Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
    In a mixing bowl, beat (with electric mixer), Ricotta, Mozzarella, Romano cheese, egg whites, parsley and pepper until fluffy.
