Chicken Tamales - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and chopped fine
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. canned chopped green chilies, divided
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. each: chopped cilantro and onion
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Process cornmeal, oat bran, baking powder, salt, cumin, chili powder and margarine in food processor until blended.
    With machine running, pour in broth; process until blended.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Combine chicken, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons chilies in small bowl.
