Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Bush's Best white hominy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. drained pickle relish or sliced olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. cubed or grated cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Rinse hominy and drain well.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and chill well.
    Serve on lettuce, garnished with tomato wedges and more mayonnaise, if desired.
