Chicken Soup With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
    1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken breast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. each dried parsley and chives
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in broth and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or so, until potatoes are tender. Stir in chicken, salt and pepper. Combine flour and milk until smooth. Stir into pan; add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle with parsley and chives.
