Southern Style Shredded Pork(Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 lb.) boneless pork loin roast
12 sandwich buns
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 bay leaf
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour sauce over meat.
Turn to coat.
Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
