Microwave Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    sliced onions or dried onion flakes
    garlic salt
    seasoning salt (Season-All, herbs or other)
    black pepper
Preparation
    Wash and scrub potatoes (amount is up to you; leave skins on). Prepare baking dish with Pam spray. Put first layer of potatoes in dish. Sprinkle with salts and pepper (amount depends on you). Layer more potatoes and sprinkle with salts and pepper. Place patties of margarine over top of potatoes. Lightly cover with plastic wrap, being sure to leave 1 end open for steam to escape. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes; stir. Microwave for 8 to 10 minutes more, until tender. Serve hot.
