No Cook Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Velveeta
2 pkg. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter (no substitute)
Preparation

Sift cocoa and sugar together.
Set aside.
Melt butter and cheese together (microwave is great).
Pour melted butter and cheese over sifted cocoa and sugar.
Mix well.
Add nuts and mix. Spray jellyroll pan with Pam.
Pat mixture in pan.
Place in refrigerator to set.
Cut into squares.
