Open-Faced Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. smoke flavor
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Using a fork, spread meat mixture on slices of bread or Subway buns or hamburger buns out to all edges.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until meat is done through.
    (Bottom of bread will be toasted.)
    Remove from oven and cover with slices of cheese. Return to oven for a minute or two until cheese melts.
    Serve immediately.
