Cherry Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sour cherries
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash cinnamon
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cherries, juice from can plus enough water to make 1 cup, and rest of filling ingredients. In saucepan, cook until mixture boils, becomes thick, and is clear-looking. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
