Vegetable Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large carrots
1 large cucumber (remove seeds)
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
1 small onion
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop separately in food processor the first 5 ingredients, then drain.
Melt gelatin in 2 tablespoons vegetable juice; heat to melt.
Add to vegetables.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Allow to stand in refrigerator overnight.
