Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. sour cream
1 carrot, grated
1 Tbsp. onion
1 small (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, carrot and onion.
Melt margarine and stir in stuffing mix.
In 9 x 13-inch greased pan, layer chicken mixture, then stuffing mix and remaining chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
