Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 pork chops
1 can celery or chicken cream soup
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In a skillet in hot oil, cook half of the chops 10 minutes until browned.
Remove; set aside.
Repeat with remaining chops. Spoon off fat.
In skillet, combine soup and water.
Return chops to skillet.
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
Serve over rice.
