Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Spread bread crumbs in bottom of casserole dish.
Brown sausage and layer over crumbs.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over sausage.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
