Claudia Sanders Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or corn oil
1 cake yeast
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Work in butter.
Set aside. Dissolve yeast in water.
Combine the yeast, egg and sugar.
Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
Shape into rolls and place on a greased baking pan.
Let rise 2 1/2 hours.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Makes 12 rolls.
