Skewered Lamb (Souvlakia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. leg of lamb, boned
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 lemons, juiced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and place in marinating dish.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
