Apricot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apricots (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
pastry for double crust pie
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In large bowl, sprinkle apricots with lemon juice.
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Add sugar mixture to apricots; toss to coat fruit.
Fill a pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate with apricot mixture; dot with butter.
Put on top crust.
Seal and flute edge. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Check to see if crust is browning. If brown, cover edges with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on rack before serving.
