Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked rice (Minute rice)
1 small green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
6 pieces chicken
1 small can cream of chicken soup
1 small can cream of celery soup (may also use cream of mushroom soup, if desired)
Preparation

Mix together rice, green pepper and onion.
Put in glass baking pan (with a lid).
Place chicken on top of rice, pour all soup on top of chicken.
Add salt and pepper, if desired.
Cover and cook at 375\u00b0 in oven until chicken is done (about 1 1/2 hours).
