Banana Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 pkg. Pillsbury coconut or almond frosting mix
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
2 to 3 large ripe bananas, sliced thin
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
Preparation

Blend eggs, sour cream, bananas and yellow cake mix for 2 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix oleo, frosting and rolled oats together for the filling.
