Turkey In A Sack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey stuffed or unstuffed
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Spread turkey heavily with mayonnaise using pastry brush. Place in brown bag.
    Fasten bag ends together.
    Place bag on rack in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
    Chicken or small birds may be used instead of turkey.
    Split sack containing bird.
    Bake 10 minutes.
