Brisket Of Beef - cooking recipe

1 large beef brisket
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 soup can water
6 quartered potatoes
6 to 8 carrots
Preparation

Lay brisket in roasting pan.
Mix soup and water together. Pour half over meat. Add potatoes and carrots in pan with roast. Pour the rest of the soup over veggies.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours.
